NEXT is a free platform that does not charge users to view or apply for jobs. All shared opportunities are curated in good faith and are not monetized. NEXT is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee hiring outcomes. When using our Platform, you understand and agree that:
- The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available"
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the job listings
- We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our Platform
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time
- We may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Platform without notice
- Our service is intended to be a resource and connector, not a direct employer or hiring agent
Content Ownership and Rights
Job listings on our Platform are aggregated from external trusted sources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Akhtaboot, and others. NEXT does not claim ownership over this job content. We fully respect the rights and policies of the original job platforms.
The Platform's interface, design, and original content (excluding aggregated job listings) are owned by NEXT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, or distribute our original content without prior written consent, except for your personal, non-commercial use.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NEXT, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; any content obtained from the Platform; unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or any other matter relating to the Platform.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
